I am a freelance editor from Townsville, with a Bachelor of Communication from Griffith University. I volunteered as an editor for the majority of my degree and began full-time editing as soon as I graduated. Since then I have worked for several publishers, including Hawkeye Publishing, Interactive Publications, and SkyNation Publishing.
I believe everyone has a story to tell and value each manuscript I am entrusted with. My passion is to help writers reach their potential and have the best chance at publishing, whether through traditional or self-publishing.
I spent my young adult life travelling the world, living and working in Europe, and travelling Asia and North America. My personal experiences with my autoimmune disease make me an advocate for accessible publishing and disability awareness.
I am open to all genres but specialise in fantasy and romance. It is improtant to me to establish long-term relations with authors, being a cheerleader through their journey and to make the daunting and often overwhelming elements of editing as compassionate and enjoyable an experience as possible.
